Down Payment Policy

To secure your order, a down payment is required prior to beginning any work. For standard orders, a deposit of $50–$200 is collected at the time of booking. For higher-value commissions, a percentage of the total order amount will be agreed upon during consultation. The remaining balance is due upon completion. This ensures materials are sourced and your spot is reserved.

Please note: all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. In the event of a cancellation after production has started, the deposit will be retained to cover labor and materials already invested.
